Commercial Service Airports should establish and implement a runway friction testing program for each runway used by jet aircraft. Periodic friction evaluations of each runway performed by qualified trained personnel using a CFME is needed to locate potential hydroplaning areas. In cooperation with the International Friction Pavement Association, NAC’s certified friction safety inspectors and engineers provides all the necessary tools for your runway friction testing program.
